So go to 37m in the video, he talks about JPMorgan doing a lot of work on blockchain but on their Quorum platform. He winds up to the 40m30s statement from saying other companies don't want to use a JPMorgan built network to utilise blockchain. Instead they've been discussing with other groups with a more open source approach... Sergey is very pro open-source, and CL is the only other project that fits the bill. Watch from the beginning and there's a lot of statements that he makes that align with Sergey's vision for Crypto also, so I think he is an admirer of CL and so alludes to it with the 40m30s statement.
