actually NPCs think the opposite, just look at all these fags on reddit expecting it to crash on Monday.
If I could only take one lesson away from all my years in these garbage markets, it's that reddit is -ALWAYS- wrong.

I think sometimes it's the case that something seems obvious and the opposite happens

But other times something seems obvious because it's actually obviously going to happen. Like a meteor approaching earth

>reddit thinks it's going to hit us

Well yeah we can literally see it coming

China is already back at manufacturing, industry is at 90% pre virus levels alread.

Soon the rest of Asia will follow, and in a couple of months the world. The worst part of the panic is over IMO

Now the whole Oil crisis that nobody is talking about still needs to sort itself out

This is going to be so bad economically that nobody will ever consider these types of quarantine measures again unless the disease is far more deadly.

The recession started in 2007, so yes. People predicted a bubble in 2005 and 2006 just based on the speed that housing prices were growing, but a lot of those same people were the ones constantly predicting doom, so nobody really trusted them.

We are obviously going into recession. International business is on pause for at least two more months (optimistic case) which is enough to make the entire world commerce lose a shitton of money as production is fluid but wages are sticky.
The better question is how close are we from a systemic financial crisis.
The governments have been fast to dump trillions of liquidities in the market but for how long will it works?

Imo it's the dollar which will suffer the most.
