I work in acquisitions, as a buyer together with a fat zoomer cunt who wasn't doing shit before this crisis. Now we wfh and this slob isn't doing shit, I screenshooted her skype and have a shit load of proof that I'm doing all the work the past 1 month since and she is always appears away for 4-5 hours. Details: noone likes her, she fucked me over for nothing a couple of times, the clients avoid her and pass on her work to me because of her incompetence. On top of all this, she doesn't attend meetings and I'm stuck digging through her tangled mess of non existent attempts at a negotiation without knowing wtf is going on. I tried talking to her but it's like speaking to a brick wall.

TLDR : have 100% proof zoomer female coworker isn't working, she is a bitch, should I report? Trips decides

If you can somehow do it anonymously that would probably be better. Ultimately it will almost definitely spark some backlash, but more than likely the boss will just give them a warning for insufficient productivity. This, you don't want to bring it up if what you technically have is 50 pages of circumstantial evidence which, sure, is good proof, but 5 pages in you'll just look like a rat with a weak case. Better in that situation to just wait for reviews and in the meantime suck it up, document your work, and don't cover her work unless it's absolutely required to avoid a fuckup for the company.

It's similar to how giving multiple excuses for something always makes you look guilty, even if you have multiple excuses just pick the single most appropriate one to explain when you fuck up
