if it makes you feel any better i lost 10 BTC "trading" shitcoins.
i went from 0.03 to 10 during winter 2017~half of 2018 and lost it all in the rest of 2018 and early 2019. now i having nothing left :)

I did the same but I made it back.

Here's my crypto history so far.

Bottom line is, if you've learned from your mistakes and fixed what was fucking you up (could be internal or external factors) then buy back in and give it another shot.

I went from 15BTC to zero in 6 months being an absolute degen panic-stricken moron. Bought back in, did things right (pro tip: use drugs to control your emotions), now comfy as fuck.
