why would XRP need LINK if its already a finished product? Banks can already use the interledger protocol and XRPL for XRP transfer. ODL is avaliable to integrate in your system now. There are no roadblocks like ETH or any other crypto.
BTC, XRP, and XMR are probably the only finished products in the crypto sphere. If XRP wants to get into smart contracts, sure, have all the hopium you want.

But the liquidity crisis is the biggest problem in the financial world right now and requires no oracle or eth

Because no interledger product is complete without access to external data, XRP can at present only connect the networks with which it has collaborated with, where it might want to connect with all networks for use in corporate bond processing and tokenization of hard assets.

The interledger in RippleNet is independent from ODL which is XRP's function. And even then, "external" data would be useless in interledger since the only point of it is to connect bank ledgers. "bond processing" is unrelated to currency conversion. Data is already instantaneous upated in the Interledger and Ripple messenger. Theres not much more you can do for it, maybe turn 1 sec into 0.5 secx but LINK has slow tps so not a chance in hell.
RippleNet + ODL is already flawless and can not be improved. Anyone who says otherwise is grasping for straws
