Why is there a huge range in presentation??? Ask yourself this question. Because everyone is assumed to have CV, but in actuality the range in presentation is due to various diseases. The test does not test for an isolated virus. It tests for rna strands(which are emitted by various functions not just virus) so lot's of these people test positive for rna strands but exhibit a range of symptoms to none at all.
