unfortunately not, at the moment. It’s one of the many things pajeets cry about constantly with regard to Brave/BAT. You need to KYC to move your BAT off the browser, and the only way to KYC is through Uphold

to be fair Brave does need to expand the KYC options, big time. For example, uphold isn’t even available in New York so I don’t think creators/users there can even cash out. They gotta get Coinbase on board.
