Grey hair is often a copper deficiency. Easy fix. Also it's a sign youre at greater risk for aneurysm. Again, fixed with copper supplementation. Increases cell elasticity.
Especially easy to get a copper deficiency if youre also supplementing zinc as one depletes the other.

ive had a norwood 3 since i was 17 years old. Yes. 17 years old and i had this fucking horse shoe shaped hairline. Ive also been pumping Finasteride in me for 2 years; no results. I got a hair transplant 1 year ago and no results whatsover. $6000 down the drain. Maybe just a little hair growth, but still a very visible horse shoe shape.
