Mom left dad a year after I was born. My father raised me on a farm. Sometimes I see more affection towards his pets than me but I understood that. One time I accidentally broke dad's fishing rod he beat me up, but he made one for me after that. Always loved fishing and I still have that old rod on the attic. He taught me a lot of skills, and things in life that I would probably never experience, nor experience it like it was in the 70s. Dad died not seeing mom again, and he never told me who she was probably because he was too ashamed he couldn't hold her out for me.
