Guys lets start a serious discussion about passive income. How to make passive income?
Say if you have saved money, 10k$ or even 100k$, how can you generate passive income?

One thing is to buy and rent apartmanets..
What other ways?

is buying apartments to rent even profitable? Rents are usually less than mortgage payments, plus you also have to factor in property taxes, maintenance, deadbeat tenants. You also have to pay taxes on your profits. Seems like a pretty shitty investment in the short term.

it's not short term, it's for boomers who plan on living into their 80s

In eastern europe, rents are profitable.
For example a 45k$ apartment can be rented with 300$ per month.

300x12=3600$ per year and you also have the apartment value after the year.
in 10 years you almost make as much as another apartment.

well involves a huge amount of upfront costs. Lots of unknown variables too. You don't know if the neighborhood will be overtaken by diversity and the property become worthless, for instance. If you're banking on everything staying the same as it is now, for decades, I think you're going to be disappointed.

The short answer to your question - passive income to anyone who would truly benefit from it is mostly a myth.
Passive income is for rich fags to get richer.
It’s not a poor mans game.
Now get back in the cagie

>But I only have $100K and 7% dividends aren't gonna let me retire
It's still $7K more a year than you were getting, and those stocks are gonna appreciate over time anyway. People complain about it being taxable, jesus fucking christ, it's 15% on qualified dividends and you don't have FICA picking your pocket, so your $$$ at least don't go to support America's ever growing legions of professionally disabled people

Lets try to be creative..
There must be some ways. One for sure that works atleast in eastern europe where apartments are cheaper, is renting property.

There must also be other ways. Maybe even online.
I tried once to buy ad traffic and resell it... it didnt work.. but i say its good to keep attempting.

inventing cool shit is hardly passive. You have to put work in. I mean trully passive income for men who saved money or (why not) men who havent.

>How to make passive income
1) Get job
2) Transition to work-from-home full-time
3) Work 1-2hrs per day and do more than colleagues
4) Boss is happy because you're productive

That way, you work a 5-10hr week, and get paid for 40hrs. It's literally me, and I'm currently thinking about getting a 2nd full-time job to rinse and repeat. Otherwise I just spend 4-5hrs a day looking at stock charts and it's becoming tiresome.
