He has never scammed. He has left open source projects which he has created to work on a better one. Since the previous projects were decentralized, he could not take the projects in the direction he wanted. You're going to fault him for further innovating? He's been part of crypto since the start. He's also not "running a 4b$ ICO" he's part of a company (Black.one) who were fully funded by investors prior to the ICO. He's not even the CEO of the company.
