I thought 1k was always a suicide stack. At $100 10k is 1 million and its obvious that we are going to blow past $100.

>>20363346
No. Back in 2017 everyone here bought at least 100k LINK, what is called a make it stack. It was lunchmoney for us OGs who had ETH gains

>> No.20363476

>>20363412
Yeah but back in ‘09 IIRC we decided that 100,000 ETH was a suicide stack making 1,000,000 LINK the bare minimum to be invited to the yacht party

What's interesting/strange/funny is that for early holders, 80k now still seems like nothing, because they've forged iron hands for themselves and they understand the long-term vision, and thus understand the current price is meaningless. But for someone... an average guy... let's call him Joe... beginning to research today, stumbling upon all the collected insight and projections, the same knowledge the early holder possesses, he would still be unable to share the same long-term understanding, even if he had 80k to invest. He would be plagued with doubt, stress and short-term emotional behavior. "At these prices, it's not reasonable to invest", he would say to himself. "Perhaps, I should wait for a drop...". He will keep watching the price soar from a distance, wondering, why didn't he buy in at 9 dollars... At 26 dollars... At 462... Meanwhile, the early holder will remain cold-blooded and strong-headed at every twist and turn along the inevitable path to 1,000, because he knows this is at this precise destination that his destiny awaits him. He did not read, and he did not sell. Oh well. Maybe Joe'll get lucky "next time".

I hold a bit more than suicide stack as you say.

but I'm in a third word country so I can make it with my stack (with no tax for jews).
