I'm not in danger of getting evicted, I'm fairly well off. But what's the point of ever making it if all around you are homeless suffering masses in the streets. I'd never be able to enjoy it. I'm sure a lot of sociopaths don't care and need other people to suffer to be happy themselves but I don't want to have to step over a homeless person every time i go outside. how do we not have some sort of free public housing option

I'm looking to buy in MS or TN now. I don't really care about evictions because only losers can't pay their rent. When do the foreclosures come? I really hope we don't see any gay shit like eviction protection and mortgage forgiveness for the dumb rentniggers and kikes with 10 properties. I want housing to crash and burn so I can scoop up a cute little place in the city. At least a - 50%. That would get me in a house for under 75k, or maybe in the suburbs or countryside for 40k.
Part of me suspects that it's fake news though. There's no way people can be that bad with money in the wealthiest nation in the world. Two months is a long time I guess but it's not something the rainy day fund can't get you through. And there was a big stimulus check, loans, and turboboosted unemployment. The virus is nothing unless the sicko is fat and old with comorbidities, and the financial burden is nonexistent as most people saw an increase in their cash flow. $1.2k on top of eating out less, driving less, etc.. The numbers simply don't add up. Still, we have to hope for the best and that renters and landlords get fucked brutally without mercy.

Quick rundown for a NJfag

>> No.20787033

The free market could fix this is the government just let renters stop paying. Landlords can not physically evict 40% of their tenants, and won't when there are no buyers. Landlords would have to accept whatever renters could pay, and real estate prices / rents would fall.

But the modern political system cannot accept the reality that recessions and periods of asset price declines are part of a healthy business cycle. They insist that digits must go up in a straight line forever, and exacerbate the problem by printing money like stimulus checks or unemployment so renters can pay next months rent, and real estate prices can stay propped up one more month.

The economy has been manipulated and distorted for 10 years now by horrible monetary and fiscal policy, entire sectors of the economy are bloated, full of poorly run zombie companies, in desperate need of a correction to clear the bullshit out and allow for more competitive companies to thrive. The problem will just get worse and worse, any time there is even a slight hiccup the entire economy will need bailouts at an increasing frequency, until we accept the inevitability of recessions.

Unfortunately by then, our currency and the US standing in the world will likely be lost. We have lost the idea of a free market, and are a corrupted state directed economy.

Nashville is where I'm headed once I make it. The money is really good in my area while cost of living is peanuts. I'm just coasting by working two days a week and saving about 30%. I want a house because apartments are shit even in the 'nice' ones. 1.1k/mo for a two bedroom. If my realtor would get her shit together I'll be able to look at a nice house for 125k. It's a bit of a commute but still under 10 minutes. My apartment is right next to work so I have to be a little reasonable here. Faggot HGTV boomers have destroyed all the homes near me and expect us to pay 50k extra for the damages they did. If you want nice in Mississippi your only options are Madison and Oxford, but you need to come from oil money to afford a place there. Jackson country club charges $10k just to apply which is bullshit, but it is nice and keeps the undesirables out.
It's a waiting game with link at this point. A housing crash could allow many anons to chill and live well on just a part time job. Rent is nearly double what a mortgage costs here.

Honky tonk is a redneck bar. Think country music, dancing, with lots of beer and rowdiness. That's the party scene here. I love Dixie and am never leaving again, born here, tried michigan and Pennsylvania, and came back home. Louisiana and Georgia are shit, Tennessee is too far north but it's got the best cities. Mississippi is the best really, if only we could cull some of the niggers and poors. It's not segregated in the south like you see up north so things get weird. Memphis is a great example, 60% darkies. One block could be all white and pajeet owned mansions, across the street you have traphouses on the other block. Lots of good parks and land if you enjoy hunting or fishing. Low cost of living. People are good at heart most of the time. The integration helps keep racism alive and while /pol/tier shit isn't commonly accepted you do hear people bitching about liberals and niggers often enough. Better gun culture too, people open carry or have a rifle/shotgun left in their truck. Dixie is super liberal and cucked, but not nearly as bad as the rest of the nation.

Minimum wage was created to keep blacks out of employment, and it largely worked. Everything the government does is so ass backwards there are only two possible conclusions, they are either comically inept, or know they can get away with absolutely anything as long as it's emotionally perceived as do-gooder projects by the public.

In 1990, 50% of people with disabilities were employed. Since they passed the Americans with disabilities act (ACA) that gave these people protected "civil rights" status, employment has fallen to 20% today. War on drugs, war on poverty, war on terrorism. I don't know man, living in NJ there's a ton of fucking minorities. In fact I think we might actually be a plurality now rather than a majority. Every urban area is being overrun with spics, which is kind of fine because they mostly just take the black areas and make them slightly less dangerous. The worst part though is that all of the farmlands in our state are being bought up by developers and turned into serf-tier housing developments filled with nothing but off-the-boat pajeets who bloc vote their own disgusting candidates. Outside of a few wealthy pockets in North Jersey and the more rural areas like Appalachia and the Pine Barrens the only place you can really find a high concentration of white people is along the shore. I'd agree with most of the rest of what you say though, you're pretty close to everything as long as you avoid traffic. The taxes and high cost of living kill though.

They don’t have a choice you fucking idiot. Not all states are windows to the rest of the world in trade and commerce. Let me guess you think you can toss money at dirt farmers until they sprout up a new Silicon Valley out of the sheer power of progressive government.

Cali was libertarian and a red state during its economic ascent. The leftyness came after the fact, in the privilege of its newfound wealth. If you examine the history of state politics you’ll find that states only go progressive after becoming economically outstanding first, it’s a product of luxury, not a producer of it.

Some degree of protectionism is needed or else you wind up with a majority service based economy. The meme virus shutdown doesn't even scratch the surface of how bad things could get if there's a downturn and we're reliant on other countries for damn near everything. It's a national security issue. Besides the aide going to enemies like Israel and the money to buy shit made elsewhere, we'll just look at the recent shit with masks and ventilators. We couldn't produce them and had difficulty buying them overseas. Basic ass drugs like aspirin and insulin, random ass small parts that have to be replaced for what machines are still stateside. Maybe not full ein volk ein fuhrer but we could be at least a little more self sufficient. Paying more for goods is worth it if that money stays in the country instead of enriching our enemies. China is cool but once they manage to get us by the balls I don't see it ending well. Britain had an industrial revolution because their national IQ had risen to an average of 115(by todays standards) by the 1800's after a couple of centuries of executing the dumbest segment of their population every year. Birth records clearly indicate that up until abandoning liberal use of the death penalty and adopting the Prussian model of social welfare, successful British citizens outbred poor dumb ones 2:1, yearly. The west has been in Idiocracy tier breeding patterns for the last century+, which is why innovation per capita has collapsed and and everything is turning to garbage. Low IQ immigrants are only accelerating the collapse. The army won't recruit under 83 IQ because at that level you are too useless to even drive a truck productively. The somalis filling up Minneapolis have an average IQ in the 65-70 range. Yeah they’re not going to be able to enforce that number of evictions. So they will either print money to allow people to pay their rents and keep landlord mortgages solvent, or they will face millions of Americans squatting with no legal resources to enact evictions. Attempting to do so would result in even more civil unrest, which the system can only handle if it is managing it. It can manage some rioting for its own class warfare purposes. But it doesn’t want so many people suffering that they actually revolt and start throwing bankers off of rooftops. The Occupy movement scared them, and they destroyed it in the media.

Until covid abates enough to reopen the economy, the fed will have to keep printing. And that will further devalue the dollar. It will make buying certain things much more difficult, but other prices on certain commodities can be manipulated. Especially food which we have in surplus and can always fudge the numbers on. Still, life is going to get harder, and that’s going to make the national mood even more sour. Expect more BLM and antifa horseshit and a counter-revolutionary force to begin to form. You need to stop having an emotional reaction to the reality that IQ is real, its very much measurable, and it has profound social implications. Prior to the industrial revolution, it wasn't just executions culling the bottom of the bell curve, but starvation and exposure, as the stupidest and most indolent poor couldn't even secure heat for the winter. We know that this created a system of downward social mobility, where some of the children of middle and upper class parents (with higher average IQs) drifted into lower class jobs. This led to even the boot blacks and manure shovelers being at what we would consider average intelligence today. This isn't just a white vs black vs asian thing. We have seen this loss of IQ selection pressure within white, anglo descended populations, as being dumb and lazy doesn't kill you as often in the post industrial revolution world, where one man's brilliance can bring cheap energy, heat, and food to thousands.
