The problem with fake blockchain TLDs is that you can't get SSL certificates for them, so they are less useful than Tor onions (where you don't need SSL because end to end encryption with perfect forward secrecy is baked into the protocol)

Also censorship doesn't just occur at the DNS level, it far more commonly occurs by just getting kicked off your webhost, which once again means Tor is far more reliable and usable for this stuff. If you have a fake blockchain domain that they can't fuck with, the censorship problem simply transfers to the ISP that your DNS records point to. Tor collapses all of these problems at once.

Yeh except AMPL is built on the wrong blockchain. I see huge scalability issues with Ethereum and such project would be much better suited on a scalable blockchain like ADA or even RVN. ADA is Goliath while RVN is David.
