Go to one of the exchanges listed on CMC or COINGECKO at the start, buy it, then go to their website linked at the start and should have create wallet at the top right.

Create a wallet (simple as fuck, interface is super helpful, shows you all info you need) or use your own tron wallet (harder, i cbf myself), and then send through your CNS.

Your $CNS will then convert to CNR at a predicated 10 $CNS to 1 CNR currently, which your CNR will then increase in value based upon the rates in the link i sent previously to another ANON.

You can transfer back at anytime and withdraw at any time.
