Rebase is a scam. Guy who is running it exit scammed on a coin a few years back. There is no debate about this, it's completely out in the open. Check out crypto vigilante on telegram, he has a post with links to evidence for every claim about this.

It's not just vigilante. Literally everyone knows who he is any everyone knows about Rebase being a scam.
