if i send 300$ worth of bitcoin to binance and trade it for linkies will i be able to send it to a wallet?
i heard binance will take your money hostage and force you to identify once you try to cash out.
i'm a 3rd worlder so i can't identify and 300$ is pretty much all my money so i need to know for sure they wont steal it.

Their crypto withdrawal rates vary depending upon the type of currency. You'll want to check first. HotBit withdrawal rates seem a bit more fair so far. I've only ever really used YoBit for currencies that I can't find on other exchanges.

You can buy and trade crypto anonymously all day long. But if you ever plan on cashing out, you'll most likely need to have the funds transferred to your bank account and that's where the anonymity ends.

Definitely not. No one would be doing business with them if they were in the habit of ripping people off. I've transferred larger sums to my own wallet. But they will most likely charge a 0.02% withdrawal fee. Again, check first because on some exchanges the rates can vary by the type of currency.
