They're working through an issue with rewards right now. Reading between the lines, it sounds like the system has been abused by Indian and Chinese users setting up mining rigs, which just doesn't really work with BAT. I'm pretty sure current conditions are not a reflection of what it will be like. It's basically all people are talking about on the community forums. I've started getting ads again as of tonight.
At this point, it's just an issue of patience while they sort it out on their end.
