When anons say PNK is the next LINK, they mean that LINK has demonstrated that with the right ingredients, an Ethereum token can be worth more than $10. People who believe in Kleros think that it has the same potential LINK does.

Investing in LINK at this stage, on the other hand, is kind of uncharted territory. It's anyone's guess whether there's any more room at the top for LINK. Yes, it has momentum, but it's much closer to hitting the ceiling. So it's perhaps a safer investment but not one with nearly as much potential.

Once you see that Kleros is capable of becoming big for similar reasons to why Chainlink did, you start to feel bullish on PNK. The only real question is whether unforeseen future events are going to cause DeFi speculation to become more pessimistic. Right now the future is rather bright though, assuming Ethereum 2.0 works as intended, and the whole Ethereum paradigm isn't replaced entirely by some other smart contract tech.

even if not we can move the whole kleros platform to polkadot or another smart contract coin.

this is also assuming that kleros can only profit from defi. which is false. if defi goes down the shitter kleros still has many use cases
