Its feast or famine
Gotta hustle and put in the time("for free") to build up your pipeline.

Whatever guy they are fucking is providing for their housing/living expenses while they work on their meme career. That's another big reason realtors are mostly female. The vast majority of men can't just sponge off a woman while they get started in a field that is 100% commission-based.
