How am I suppose to profit or sustain from miner stocks if few of us have access to electricity?

Second time posting this....

Hello Stackers.
I just bit the bullet & bought a small amount of 5oz of silver. Not the first time, but its just a small amount this week.

1.) Is there a copper & gold mine in the Filipino worth investing miners or stock in?
https://www.mining-technology.com/projects/tampakangoldcopperpr/

2.) Are there shipping companies in the Philippines, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, & Chile worth investing in?

Frankly I dont trust our current system of transportation on the sea without securing some logistics stock to move these miners. Trying to line up as many shipping lines as possible.

3.) I have never seen Peter Schiff's website on here I think. Does no one trust his gold & silver bullion sales or something?

Peter Schiff says buying from mints & these mint's coins is a scam.
I can understand that given his perspective on premiums, but there is the counter argument that fractional will be hard to produce & the value of silver will be so high that fractional will be needed. A second note is that buying silver higher than 100oz is risky - too many fakes & more to come.

I digress...
Is Peter Schiff's bullion trust worthy to buy?

I don't know much about miners, but I am a huge fan of fractional silver. When Schiff is (in general) is talking about gold and silver he is talking about large investments (thousands of dollars), he's sometimes not taking into account the situation on the ground. when fiat fails, it will be absolutely critical to have fractional silver that you can use to pay for food, gasoline, etc. I would advise buying some cheap fractional silver, something like mercury/Roosevelt dimes, war nickels, quarters, etc. The premiums on some junk silver is actually cheaper than generic rounds right now.

Over the 1.5 years I worked retail I pulled 15 1964 and earlier Roosevelt dimes and about as many war nickels out of the change in the drawer, nearly every time because I was able to hear them.

Also, always check the slots on the coin star machines. Ive found silver dimes and tons of foreign coins this way as well.

Happy hunting bros.

Hey anon that is so helpful.
Thank you.
I noticed when he said that some people wont have electricity, but at the same time Shiff mentioned that if people don't have miners tock than they "won't make it". That was in the same talk just minutes apart. It's kind of a contradiction if you ask me. Sure people can move over to paper like in the past, but its like you said...he can sometimes be missing the practicality.

I bought 3 JFK's like 6 months ago for $24.00
That was pretty high if you ask me, but

I do plan on buying miners, but the whole boots on the ground thing means fractional.
- Miners
- Fractional
- Gold paperbacks
- gold grams
The thing is I have to get out of freaking debt.
I have nearly 6K still.
Some anons said if I keep buying silver I should have more than enough to get out of debt and buy a house while grinding out things on the day job.

This is from Stockhouse for Bayhorse Silver, sounds like what was posted here yesterday:

"We all wanted the "production" release and we'll be getting that soon. But this acquisition of a decent chunk of gold, near Vancouver, with a pre-existing set of drill holes and some mine works, is pretty smart. Critically, it can be drilled using flow through money which is already in the bank. I think we are on the cusp of an explosive market in precious metals. There may be one pull back and then, BOOM, $2000 gold will look cheap. Having an interest in an expandable 220K gold project will look very, very clever if gold goes to $2500 and beyond. Concerning the possibility of a takeover down the road, BHS is about to become an operating, profitable, silver producer, which means free cash flow. That in turn means that the company will be able to internally fund exploration at Brandywine, Harrison and the Bayhorse mine itself. Why be taken over? My sense is that GO is building a precious metals production company with a focus on low CAPEX, high return, projects. The Bayhorse is not a one trick pony any more."

>Youll never get enough

Checked, and yes psychologically that ancient awakened trans-species desire for shiny that we share with crows or raccoons means that we will ALWAYS desire more when another piece flashes in our eye, but embracing this instinct while humanizing it means us stackers will naturally be shrewd, wise and calculated with our precious hoards.

My point is that one's anxiety about not having "enough" metal is natural for a stacker and it means that you are much more likely to be wise and conservative with it, and may ultimately do much better (or see more personal asset growth %) than those with 10x the metal but less understanding of the forces now unleashed upon the world and how to react. Being so worried about "not making it" means that you will probably find a way to wrestle success from the world in the coming years in ways not yet imagined now, so try to be optimistic and thus aware of the splendid opportunities that will certainly arise going forward.

It's the complacent sheep who will get slaughtered, though I'm pretty sure everyone sincerely participating in /pmg/ actually WILL make it. Take heart frens, IRL I'll always have another stacker's back, we'll work together and ensure that we all make it. Can't say so much about goldbugs and cryptoshills but I've never met a silver stacker I didn't respect; it's like a personality and wisdom/IQ screening and everyone who understands the world enough to stack silver proves they already aced the tests. We'll know who is on the same wavelength and organically work together for mutual benefit in the coming years, we'll all make it fellas, just hang on and keep stacking while we can.

Sure, I have some contingency/speculative crypto too but not because I believe in, like, or will ever willingly do business with crypto as the medium. Lotto tickets basically, and a personally unconvincing asset class I won't ever likely accept for physical potatoes let alone metal. Happy to trade it for real stuff if others think the crypto emperor is sportin' mighty fine thread tho.

I don't get this meme about guns and ammo in a separate place. If you have kids maybe get a big safe (not some lockbox that a child can bounce open), but you'd want to have at least a loaded mag or two by each gun so you can use them in a pinch.

I have far too much ammo to fit in safes but I don't have kids or anything around so I just leave loaded guns all over my house. I like to leave a gun unloaded or with shit ammo (powder removed so it squibs) right by the vulnerable points in my house so that any potential intruders who try to arm themselves against me are disadvantaged, but I'm a paranoid /k/ommando.

If you are a Yuropoor like me you can look at certified safes: EN 14450 (S1 & S2) or EN 1143-1 (0, I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII) depending on how much your willing to spend, in general the more expensive the safe the better (and heavier). If you want a safe that is both fire resistant and theft resistant, you can look at the Raat (eu) defender series (pic related), I also like the look of this one, it is a classic safe. The cheapest model of this series will protect your paper against fire for 60 minutes at temperatures of 1090 degrees celcius, resist blowtorches and drilling for 60 minutes (or longer if you pay for the more expensive models).

Alternatively, if you live in Germany you can buy the Resist 1-60 PRO mit Feuerschutz it has approximally the same specs but it is much cheaper.

I don't know about the safes in Burgerland though, but getting a heavy safe is a good idea.

Is there any general agreement on the ratio of Gold you should have in comparison to your Silver stack? I've got about 165 ounces of silver at the moment, but I really really don't want to get gold with my available funds because I could get so much more silver. I was thinking of getting another 75 ounces or so of Silver and have 1 ounce of Platinum.
Does everyone here have physical Gold?

>I don't get this meme about guns and ammo in a separate place.

The main reason is that I have children. I also live in a country where guns are heavily regulated. Keeping loaded guns aroud or -God forbid- using one in home defense would mean a world of legal hurt.

Thankfully the barbarian hordes are still far from where I live and burglars dont carry guns so home defense is a non-issue. I still have a few legal wooden bo/bokken in strategic locations just in case. Those things are lethal if you know how to use them.

I have some general tips for Burgerland (also Yuropoorland). Bold it down and preferably in concrete or stone, which can be done with chemical ankers, concrete ankers or special glue. Otherwise Jamal & co. with just yank it out and take it with them. Secondly, get a distraction safe, so if you where suprised, could not get your gun and are held at gunpoint you could at least give the robbers something while keeping your main stash safe. For example, a cheap safe like this: https://www.amazon.com/SereneLife-Fireproof-Safety-Digital-SLSFE14/dp/B01L7U3SXW/ref=sr_1_16?_encoding=UTF8&c=ts&dchild=1&keywords=Home+Safes&qid=1600185399&s=hi&sr=1-16&ts_id=3180371

Thirdly and most importantly, DON"T tell anyone you have a safe or PM's

Gold is significantly overvalued relative to silver so my oz ratio is around 1:1,000+. Platinum is much more rare than gold and will continue being of industrial value so is a good deal currently, however it won't enjoy the same monetary metal aspect upsides as silver and gold during fiat crisis. If I was rich I'd hold platinum and more gold but silver really is where the normal stacker should focus.

https://sdbullion.com/blog/how-much-silver-gold-is-there This is my source. SDBullion is saying that 50 billion ounces TOTAL have been mined in history. 50 billion / 6 billion is 8.33. There is 8.33 times more mined silver than there is .999 identifiable silver bullion. 8.33 multiplied by the amount of silver needed to make it from that chart (60.9). 8.33 x 60.9 is 507.297 ounces. So I guess, if my math is correct, the top 1% of silver holders would need to be currently holding 507.297 ounces.

Nothing really. In fact all their "tools" don't even do anything to help the economy anyway. They aren't even providing much liquidity or "printing money" contrary to popular opinion. Vast majority of the loan programs aren't even being used, especially the "main street" ones. And adding zeroes to reserve accounts at the Fed via QE does not mean banks will actually increase lending (in fact lending is going down), so this whole scene is still massively deflationary for the time being.

If and when Fed does just drop all pretenses of the Fed Rsrv Act and "only lend no spend", and just sends money directly to citizens, yeah maybe then that'll be inflationary. But it'll only come after a major drawdown like we saw in March. And definitely won't happen before the election

A US Central Bank Digital Currency, with negative interest rate capabilities, held in FedAccount wallets given to every citizen, will surely allow them to control inflation more directly. In that case we will be at their mercy, if they want to inflate away oligarch's debts at the expense of poorfags, like in Argentina, or if they want to keep it balanced. Former case, I would say is bullish for PMs and crypto as well. In the case of Argentina in 2001, the economy reverted to barter system. Bitcoin right now is trading at a yuge premium and people swim across the rio to Uruguay to buy it.

I'd go so far as to say that their current strategy is 99% signalling / jawboning / psychological management.

Powell and the rest of the chairs just come out and openly admit that they "are okay with" higher inflation. And the dummies all over fintwit and elsewhere actually lap it up and believe that shit, as if the Fed really has any power to actually cause CPI to rise like they want.

Disclaimer: CPI doesn't include a lot of the shit the average person buys on a regular basis. Yes, prices for things you need are going up, we can all agree on that. But on a broad basis across all asset classes and especially among the components that make up the core-PCE deflator, prices are GOING DOWN. Schiff is right on a lot of things but he is completely fucking clueless and/or blind to this. LONG term he is right though, and even others in the deflation camp agree with him there.

On a broad basis debts will be defaulted on, which means currency is being destroyed from existence, in other words deflation.

>just release all the moratoriums and deferrals and then there will be an end to the madness

People buy some cans of beans, toilet paper, toothpaste, and a bag of chips with crypto in argentina at their local gas station?

I think Portfolio Balance is the bigger dick here, because its just math. Most of the money is in institutional funds, like pension funds that hold a lot of bonds, and when Treasuries gib a lower yield that has to be substituted with equities further down the risk curve.

>>22517653
No but they want to put their savings into something that can't be inflated away or confiscated. Argentina has been defaulting on debts for 50 years and each time devaluing the currency by 30%-60%. So if you have $10k in your savings account, in 1 day it becomes $5k. People want to avoid that, so holding gold or bitcoin is less risky than holding pesos. People do trade goods tho, like TP for beans, milk for eggs, etc.

Inflation isn't even across all asset classes or items. Those that swelled hot can deflate temporarily, while laggards more than pick up the pace.

Deflation is a Boomer boogeyman to keep housing prices high.

USA version of the Chinese Digital Yuan. Government ran crypto currency to replace the current paper money we use. We are moving to a cashless society. FedCoin is just the name people give the coin when inevitable move to cashless happens. Who knows what the government will call it.

Anyone enjoy fucking with people selling fake gold/silver on eBay? I like to send them abuse and occasionally buy their coins then open a dispute to get free gold plate.
