It is also one of the most heavily fudded coins out there.

These days they like to parrot how Charlie Lee sold the top and how he somehow caused the entire crypto market to crash because he was supposedly the sole reason why Litecoin fell in value, that all other cryptos collapsed alongside it is somehow irrelevant to these birdbrains.
When bcash got listed on coinbase they fudded the crap out of litecoin, even going as far as to starting rumors about how it was gonna get delisted etc. Just google it and you'll find tonnes of references.
It's clear that those scammers knew even back then that bcash didn't have any real chance at taking Bitcoins position, but instead they focused on fudding heavily the closest competition which at the time was Litecoin.

I have a suspicion that the fudd today as well comes from bagholders of coins that are of similar size in marketcap. When Litecoin goes to ATH the fudders will stfu and this coin will once again retake its rightful position comfortably above the shitty forks.
