The thing I hate about linkies is that they are almost categorically newfags by definition
The "OG link whales" who got in in 2017 are the only ones I can respect as they were often here before Bitcoin broke ATH in January of 2017
Now I hold link myself, it's a good coin

But it truly annoys me irrationally to see so many newfags making the same mistakes over and over again every cycle because they have not weathered a full market cycle

I'll admit, tops are hard to predict, but not hard to recognize especially a few weeks after they've topped
Lots of people where posting the uncanny resemblance of link right now to the bubble chart and it's true

Newfags: Whenever you see a parabolic runup like that just wait. Wait and see where it tops, you'll know it has by the time you see a frightening and quick drop, followed by a slower return to normal, which never gets quite as high as the top
Then, when you see the return to normal begin to dip, SELL and ride that thing down to at least -50%
My buy order is at $9 right now, I might buy some link here though anyway

Sidenote: it's usually about a -50% decline in a bull market scenario, but if the bubble has popped and the market turns bearish, remember this: a rejection of parabolic advance most often results in an 85% decline

That's how I sold Bitcoin at $16k last cycle and bought back at $3900

A majority of marines who bought in during previous cycles hodl the dump and subsequent dump. They're still multiples above buy-in, so would rather ride out a 50% retrace than miss out of the moon mission
This same majority fills the board with memes about the incoming moon mission. This is what draws in the nulink, especially those who don't understand $1000eoy
So even though it looks like every Link pump that has come before, they hodl their bags they buy at the top just as fiercely as marines who bought at a fraction of the top
Buying in after 2017, you only make it if you're too stupid to sell the dump. Like me
