The best advice I can possibly give you is to learn blockchain programming and to stay curious. And this is going to be hard at first, but, an exceptional power for the future. Start with small things like creating a ERC20 coin, play with Binance Dex (just create a wallet, see if you can do it alone), download a wallet and see how it works and connects to nodes, look on blockchain explorers like btc.com, see how transactions and blocks are generated. These are cool stuffs that people seem to forget. And the ones you have to look at. Why? Because, the key to succes in this space is to change and improvise it. And in order to do that you have to understand how things work and what needs to be changed. Satosi, CZ, Vitalik where able to see those things and changed this space becouse they are dreamers. If you stay curious and learn you can be next in line.
