If you are going to top up any from that list, I'd do world. World is also best topped on a set period basis buying in. Consider the 2008 crisis. The central banks in developed countries lowered interest rates and implemented QE yet we have had low inflation.
The only big country which rose the interest rates, the US was also the same where inflation went back to 2%. In Europe and Japan it was low inflation and even deflation and low interest rates, close to 0.
Japan also has been doing basically the same since the bubble popped at the begging of the 90s and it was all low growth, low interest rates, low inflation.
Also take into account that if inflation rises a 2% prices also rise a 2% including the stocks of the companies so you don't need to hedge against inflation unless you expect a high enough inflation to damage businesses' prospects.
Gold usually goes up in price more than the inflation, I'll give you that.
Gold is way too expensive if it's not going to be able to become an established currency but it's extremenly cheap if it will.
