Crypto markets are tied to wall street more than most people want to think. Wall street markets have been in a downtrend so bitcoin has followed where bitcoin goes so does everything else.

No need to look for answers elsewhere.

this is correct. unfortunatly almost everything is correlated, if stock dumps then so does crypto AND so does gold. can't run, can't hide.
I'm 100% stocks, hedging is pointless.
