To the anon posting about 8k60 - NVIDIA basically lied about that, they could just barely tweak to it with DLSS in specific games. The 3090 is basically just a 3080 with more VRAM, both are 4k60+ cards. AMD's top card is looking like it'll be a 4k-almost-60 card, so better than most sensible people expected, but still a little shy of the 3080. 3900X+3080 is going to be the performance sweet spot for high end, 3600X+??? (3070 or some Radeon) will be the value sweet spot

Conference looks good for AMD IMO, I'd buy the dip, worst case scenario you'll still get nice exit points in late October before the RDNA announcement
