Yeah I'm not planning to die of AIDS in my 20s from sucking cocks in a gas station glory hole so I'll live to profit off dividends and don't need some half baked pump and dump get rich quick scheme to throw my welfare cheque on. If you can't get by on 15% a year yer bad at money.

Not that they aren't all overvalued right now. Everything is overvalued right now.

are there any worth owning higher than 1-3%? Maybe 5-7% without devolving into totally unstable stocks

>> No.23183066

right now, I doubt it
find a solid company that's paying 2.5%-3% and has a sane P/E ratio. Maybe even use the Graham Formula or some other value investing methods to find something that's not terribly overvalued.
Then wait. If all goes well the price will go up, and with it the dividend.
my yield on cost for noc is 5.74%, but I've had it for years. Probably would be even higher if I hadn't sold off a chunk a couple years ago.

you might also look at ETFs. DGRO is not bad, but there may be better ones.
