>DUDE, make sure to set your stop losses to 2% and then you can avoid losses and be successful at your swing trades dude."

Okay, so I've just lost 2% of my portfolio 8 times this week.

You would have lost more if u didnt. Find better entries.

Such a small stop-loss will get triggered easily anon, these markets are volatile.

I suggest finding entry points just before US market hours when the market is at its lowest.

I would do 8% at least, 2% is just too little it will get triggered everytime

stop losses are for losers. if you arent comfortable with the position getting liquidated, then your trading size is too big

The stop loss should correlate to the stock price movement, not just some arbitrary number.

>> No.23206498

>>23206479
I should also add, the fact that you can't swing trade your way out of that loss says a lot... LOL

Shh he doesn't position size. He's just clicking market buy 100% and setting stop loss 2% below that without regard to market structure. Someone's gotta keep the market liquid.

Holding is a good strat if you're holding 2-3 years.

For everything else, there's "out on the up" and/or Bestswap launching liq farming soon.

A stop loss sounds like a good idea but in reality you'll probably end up losing more money because of it than saving, especially in something volatile like crypto where you can just randomly get a 5% quick wick out of nowhere.

>Imagine trying applying traditional trading concepts to crypto.

>what's volatility

>why 2%, 8 times in a week still haven't figured it out.
