High iq Anons, can anyone explain how the markets are not crashing 7 months into chink flu when all market growths are in negatives except for china.
Is it because of all the quantitative easings done in the past? Is it because big banks wants the market to stay afloat? Can anyone predict the crash?

It is because of QE, mainly the "Portfolio Rebalancing" effect from pic related. Basically QE makes bond prices too high and yields too low. Institutional funds have to shift huge piles of money out of bonds and into risk equities in order to get the fixed income returns they need.

Look at the equation for inflation
It includes GDP, okay not great but just changes it down some percent
It includes printing, this is done massively currently
And it includes hoarding, this is where they are carefully controlling it

So basically, for every dollar printing the biggest earners are hoarding an amount higher than that printing adjusted for lowered gdp.

Additionally many of these earners are the banks themselves, however in this case it isnt being hoarded, its being used to attempt to fix fractional reserves due to increased demand by people to withdraw.

The crash happens when people realize the bank prints every dollar you withdraw from the bank account because every reserve is depleted.

The economy collapsed 8 years ago. We are currently in the "dark ages". Its not quite as bad as history made it sound, not as sudden. But trust me there will be hard years reported about these times, unemployment, sickness, market crashes, bad healthcare and technology, people living on the streets

I get the hoarding part. But wont it come back to bite the banks if inflation starts?

The value of cash and other assets became more of a joke. This means that hoping that a large compay makes it through this and the value goes up is good odds. Add onto that people who jump on and play the stockmarket while bored and locked down and you are set to not see things for a bit.

TLDR: Government burned the value of cash and stocks are not as bad deal as being a dickhead wanting to run a small business.

8 years ago bitcoin was accepted. Meaning like a virus itll never go away. It will spread and push wealth disparity whether we want it or not. Its an unstoppable force and blockchain will lead to massive wealth for very few that will basically be untouchable by ((((they)))). Not to mention ethereum and all the new shit now thatll push away current unfair taxation systems. However to move on, many will probably feel a growing pain, and will the new system be more fair? I dont think so. We will need to stick together as a humanity once the government runs out of money, which is basically now.

They are printing massive amounts and the dollar is still basically deflating. Because MORE is being hoarded. Like i said look at the equation. Soon so much will be hoarded that poverty will set in and it cant just unwind, because as soon as the elite start spending we will see the hyperinflation you are talking about. No cash reserves or savings other than 20k in ira I cant touch until I quit job. No precious metals because I cant afford them and wouldn't know where to get them and not get ripped off. Have a ton of guns and ammo.

Wtf do I do? I've already sold some of my favorite guns to pay bills and whenever I think of selling another I feel sad and I have so little in crypto it makes no sense to sell it off for gold. My situation is dire so I have adopted the yolo strategy of trying to swing my crypto stack hoping I will have 1 good trade that will give me a x10 or more because that seems like my only hope right now.

the market's perception is that the fed will save the economy
fed will keep printing more and more money to fight deflation from technology innovation
the money printed during the past 7 months countered neg-effects from corona
the amount of technology innovation that is currently happening is unprecedented. all this technology innovation will move our world into a deflationary state. the government's around the world are aware that we are entering a deflationary era (due to tech innovation).
all governments will print exponentially more in the next 10 years to combat deflation from tech innovation.

the world is shifting fast, due to tech. government's will need to change the structure of government in order to adjust to this new deflationary paradigm.

If most people would stop working we would be better off than we are spending limited resources on nothing. Politicians are pressured into providing jobs so policies revolve around making as many people as possible seem like they're doing something. Governments are pressured into working against efficiency instead of encouraging it. This has been going on for so long that almost the entire economy of the west is "service based" aka made up.

I agree that governments are pressured to allocate capital inefficiently.

I think we are just undergoing a shift. Of course it'd be ideal to have the countries economy based off efficient/net positive industries. This is simply not the case though, so government's do what they can to satisfy societies needs.

the main thing i see going into the future is

technology innovation is deflationary
moore's law in tech innovation means we are about to see exponential deflation in the next 5-20 years
technology capacity doubles every 18 months, according to moore's law. each time it doubles, the consequences become even more drastic.

government's around the world are setup to function in a inflationary environment
government's will need to change how they function, in order to succeed in a deflationary world.

the amount of money printed in the last 20 years to fight inflation, will look like peanuts, when compared to the amount of money printed in the next 20 years.
government's will need to print exponentially in the future more to counter deflation caused by tech innovation
