Well I have alot of fun memories and I have friends I keep in contact with and meet with all over the world.
I am physically fit as well I only started browsing /biz/ when covid hit and my local gym closed. maybe it’s just a generational thing but I have huge nostalgia for Evangelion even if I dont remember the dialogue and think the show itself misses the mark in many ways. The imagery speaks on a very deep level that transcends the show’s mistakes. It’s like the sensation of the 80s/90s captured in visual and auditory form. The ending credit theme paired with Rei in the water is unironically one of the greatest pieces of art from that time

the entire point of owning a home is to sell it when you retire and move somewhere cheaper. in the 30 years of your working life, while you owned the home, the area it was in shouldve grown massively and the value gone up massively as well. if that didnt happen, you bought in a stupid area to buy it. i'll give the brainlets a hint; find a city between top 50 and top 100 that you would not mind living in. check its year over year growth statistics and take an average of the last 10 years. anything over 5% is good since growth compounds. buy a house. wait.
