Well it's true.
As M2 supply rises with 6% per year so will all asset classes and thus residential property.
People used to have 15 year mortgages, now its 30 year soon it will be 40 or 50 year mortgages and gradually less will decide to buy and more and more will start to rent.
The same will happen for cars. As they become self-driving ride sharing will explode. They will be owned by companies not individuals. The same way there are more ridesharing electric scooters in many cities than in the possession of individuals.
Cars will become assets and will become tremendously more expensive.
Amazon and uber will deliver your food and stuff at home with drones and you'll live in smaller appartments with less stuff.
The haves will have more and the have nots will have less. This is a trend that is already 40 years in the making.
