It's effortless to get trapped thinking about topics like "free will" because they are so broad and uncertain that you can fill your curiosity for literal weeks and be no closer to a resolution than when you started.
Eventually you will understand that spooky existential questions are a cope technique. You use them to avoid a number of "boring" practical considerations that seem like they should be irrelevant. eg how to achieve harmony with "normies," how to minimize self inflicted waste, how to use your "free" time, how to bring order to your environment etc.

Well no one knows the entirety of the bible when the first believe in Christ, there's a lot to learn.
If you're going to know one thing about Christianity however, it would be how to be saved. It has to do with where you are putting your faith. It doesn't matter if you do not have a lot of faith, but all your faith has to be on Jesus as your way to heaven and forgiveness of your sins.
