what I do is: one solid, actively managed index which I will never sell and usually DCA into (ARKK), 1-2 longterm picks which I can reassess every 6 months (PLTR currently), and 1-2 small swing short term picks (WKHS)

i also swing TQQQ and usually have 30% of my investment money aside for that. i never do options, and im sure once my capital increases I'll up all the values +1 position, I'm still only at 12k.

It has worked so far, up 33% on the year but that might just be luck via PLTR. I like the system though and it makes sense to me.

Dude.. you do realize crypto mining becomes less profitable as time goes on, right? All you will see are those quick pumps created by pure FOMO and then a slow die off again because crypto mining is designed to get less profitable over time. The worse part on-top of that is that mining in general will also become less profitable when Bitcoin tanks (which drags the entire crypto market down with it), that's why you saw crypto mining companies go bankrupt when Bitcoin dropped below 5-6k in 2018, the only ones surviving were the largest ones and even they struggled while piling on debt. ALSO, when Bitcoin is in a bear market the companies have to buy a shit ton more miners in order to stay alive, which in turn makes them pile on even more debt. That's why the largest ones are the only ones "surviving" a crash.
If you believe that Bitcoin will actually stay above let's say ~11-12k (so it doesn't leave bullish territory) for at least 6+ months then yeah maybe the large mining companies can actually provide some good earnings for now at least. But long-term it's a doomed business model

he want to transition from fossil, which is a noble idea in hindisght, but it's not doable in the next few years. Nor in the next decade. Try 4 decades at the very least.
What this means in the immediate term though, is fracking seeing its investments dry up instantly, as nobody would invest in something about to get banned. Meaning removing from the market the very thing that made oil decline in price. In an environment when even regular oil drilling companies all over the world underinvested in their infrastructure. Sure, oil might see lower prices in the next few weeks because of dumb robinhooders with their head in their ass not grasping what's on the horizon. Now in 1 to 2 years, it won't be the same song.
