My week was alright. Getting to use all that pto I've been saving up, doesn't roll over. I wfh, but I took every Friday off, Thanksgiving week and last two weeks of the year off.

Learned how to use WinDBG to verify deadlocks and see what problem threads are doing....stock wise, idk just hold through red and it will always recover if dd is good.

I'm thinking about when I should sell NIO. I have been holding since 9. It hit 53+ today. I will not sell until at least Tuesday because earnings, but it may even ramp higher. I might just hold it real long but im not sure if this is the bleeding top yet. I hat an original price target of like 144 so I guess I'll hold till then

Rest is also just as important as studying, gets you ready to get creative.

Tomorrow is the 3rd anniversary of my first date with my gf. I already have a ring, but still not sure if I should propose. I cashed out around 1000 LINK at ATH a few months ago and spent it on stuff for my new place, put away some money in ETFs and my bank account is still loaded. The problem is I have fallen victim to a spending habit that I cannot sustain and should instantly drop but it's weird, like I order 20$ meals twice a day and have been doing that for 2 weeks now. I'm not fat btw, quite the opposite, I stay within my calorie plan. But what I'm worrying about is that I am actually not disciplined with money at all once I have it. I put away 6000€ of savings from 2018-2019 and put it all into crypto and lived on the bare minimum for a long time. Now I have a couple grand in the bank and start spending like a retard. Maybe it's because I'm alone and usually me and my ex gf stopped each other from buying dumb shit and had sex instead. Now the sex is gone and I'm spending cash on top tier sushi, burgers and straps for my watches.

Like quality and access to health care and public services in general, like ageing of society and huge problems this will cause in a few decades (e.g. there will be more senile people in need of care than actual people working), like huge conflicts and migrations climate change is already starting to cause etc. I'm a relatively wealthy person in a developed country and I'm quite sure I'll live a comfortable life till I die, but I worry this won't be the case for my children, I'm also sad we are not doing enough to help those who weren't so lucky. I'm frustrated with wealth inequality and the fact that so many people believe in fairy tales of trickle down economics or that people have the power to pull themselves out of poverty if only they wanted to.
