It brings nothing new to the table. Many new and innovative projects will soon surpass Litecoin market cap so it's doubtful it can even stay in the top 10 much longer. I was in a store for the ATM and they had several currencies, including Bitcoin and LTC of course, but also Eth. Started a conversation with the store clerk who was a brown guy, it was a seedy part of town. He said he was an Afghani translator who was given citizenship because he helped the army fight against the terrorist groups, so hes sort of as average joe as you can get having been living as a nobody in a tribal area all his life. He said he bought Litecoin, at like 120 but sold at 100 on the way down, this was after the initial crash in something like 2018. I bet he noticed when it went to like 140 recently. Average people like Litecoin, and thats what makes a currency. Mass adoption, by average people.
Behind that are the foundation and pipes that make a coin, Bitcoins foundation is cracked and its pipes are overpressured. That said, Litecoin has both effects going for it.
