Because there's no reason related to scarcity or utility (both projected and real) for it to move much. BAT has a merited reputation as a reliable stablecoin. That will only cease to be true when Brave either rolls out it's bigger features or reaches a certain critical mass of MAUs, and then boom. And I am of the opinion that this will happen in the next two years to massive returns.

ALTERNATIVELY, maybe someone like you thinks Brave will die of a slow, ignominious bleed out instead? And if that's the case then okay- seems very unlikely given everything we've already seen.
