make cross platform apps with javascript

make a portfolio, contract with bay area based companies. charge $110/ hr. keep learning dev skills.
learn product. make side project on indie hackers. quit dev job when you have growing paying customers metric growing every month by 20%
sell company to micro PE firm for 2-5 MM. Let them scale it. rinse repeat
