First week I'd read a novel or start doing stock research whenever I felt the itch. It only really feels necessary for the first two weeks and then it sort of becomes natural to not fap.

I had intervals of depression in the past and I found that running helps a ton and visualizing shit you want or where you want to be everyday. Fapping +depression is the killer combo for me, each one enhances the other and then i become a total piece of cum covered shit that procrastinates everything and hates himself. One thing at a time too, I did the running thing first and that got the ball rolling

What's the best Android option risk profile calculator? I use TOS on desktop but the Android app sucks and it seems the Risk Profile section is limited to one tiny little fucking chart at the bottom of the order screen. optionsprofitcalculator.com is OK except the site seems to have issues a lot of the time and it lags my phone now too plus it is missing some features like IV adjustment and you have to load a new page if you want a different number of legs (rather than just remove a leg and see like in TOS desktop). I'd be willing to pay a few bucks for a good app (bonus if it works offline).
If there is really no good one for Android maybe I'll have to write one.
