contemplating buying property but a down payment (to not have mortgage payments higher than the average rent) on an apartment is around 100k (in an around oslo). There are much cheaper areas but thatd be a 30 min commute (drive) to the city.

contemplating putting the 25k in to boomer stocks/etfs but just have a feeling a crash is imminent, especially if biden is rigged in to office, so i'm just waiting.

contemplating more crypto but the whole market just pumped and btc is well above 20 week MA.
What the fuck to do? having all this money just sitting in the bank is triggering my autism and not sure where to put it.

try buying land. Research the imminent effects of climate change, because they are ramping up. Ive bought mostly land in Northern Russia, where the permafrost will soon melt making my first worthless land now worth something.

The VIX is incredibly low and protection is cheap giving it potential for huge returns. Grab some UVXY calls for late Jan (keyword is some). If volatility spikes which it likely will, this fucker is going to print so much $. it went up like 1000% on the initial lockdowns, short term options went 10000s of %

If you have no particular plan for actively investing, go the ETF route. Easy return on your money with minimal involvement. Also look for high grade bonds, they also provide easy money with minimal risk and involvement.

Just wait until after January 6th. That's when congress decides who becomes president. The markets might respond better in the short term if biden gets in because everybody expects him to, but trump isn't going to trash the economy like biden will.

I would not bother daytrading unless you really know what you're doing. Even daytraders who do know what they're doing aren't always profitable in the long run. And the worst thing you could possibly do with that 25k is to throw it away.
