Does your long ever get liquidated if it doesn't go below your entry point? Imagine you went long since $150 x10. How the fuck can an exchange pay all of that money? How do you calculate when a liquidation happens? im on Binance btw

you asked this same question yesterday
you need to have enough margin in your trading account to be able to fund the funding rate, otherwise they automatically close your position. You won't be able to keep up

If you look at your open position, it says right there what the liquidation price is. If it goes under, you lose your entire position.

How much leverage do you guys use? Almost got fucked today in the dip with a 20x long on BTC, lel

You dont understand im asking about it going HIGHER and never lower than your entry point?

>> No.25351690

So does this mean that if the price goes higher than %12 of 5612.12 it gets liquidated? (or lower than 12%)

wtf does mark price mean, what does each column mean

If you go higher you've obviously made a profit, you retard. Either place a limit order on whatever price you want to sell, or place a market order.

The question is if the exchange can autoliquidate you because you go too high and they don't have enough money to pay you retard

What, do you seriously think your tiny profit would bankrupt Binance?

>> No.25352671

Never. Only lower than entry point. The "betting house" has plenty liquidity/money.
