wSTA/STA pool is okay but having this much liquidity in it is a meme. Not only would you have greater gains in Stanos but the ecosystem would also appreciate far more. Because when volume goes back up we will have the Infinity Pool and Stanos mainly balancing back and forth creating insane volume and fees. Delta exists to create liquidity for people buying/selling sta and Phoenix to create arb opportunities for the Delta token

Not even the Dashboard developers know. Only Scott. Since the secret project has been in the works since the summer according to Megan it’s very doubtful it’s wSTA. But in reality the only thing statera needs now is sthanos to grow in liquidity and alts in general starting to get gains again (volume coming back) and the powder keg will go off

The team aren't marketing until the dashboard is out. The dashboard is a mess and will probably take at least until the end of January to be complete, since it took them four months to get it to its current half-finished state. Hope you boys are ready for the slow bleed back to 3-4c.

>> No.25366622

muh "HUGE MARKETING PUSH" lmao yeah right. no one wants to donate to the team because they can't deliver on their promise. so basically they've got a few eth here and there to get this thing off the ground. good luck Abu

Just look at the STARGAZERS chat. Just a bunch of half-assed ideas that everyone is spitballing, with no clear plan for marketing. Every ignorant STA moonboi that's being kept in the dark thinks that there will be some huge marketing push to coincide with the dashboard. Well I'm here to tell you that there is literally nothing concrete planned. Expect this so-called magical "marketing push" to be as much of a letdown as the dashboard.

I thought the secret project was a Balancer fork. honestly that always seemed a little ambitious since I think Balancer so far has only published their math and not their code.
They do actually encourage people to fork the UI though, basically they would rather you do that then bother them about adding this or that.

>> No.25366915

>>25366732

This really sums it up. There's no leadership. Abu is the de facto "leader" but he's incredibly retarded. Still hasn't fixed the website issues even though STA-gazers pointed them out yesterday. I dumped a good portion of my bag and i'm feeling better for it - there's just way too much risk at the moment.

Isn't statera less than a year old? Like May or June of this year? If it's truly decentralized and hindered because from paying holders after the balancer fuck up, you might be right. It could take a lot of effort to get things rolling again.

>> No.25367328

Guys. Here's what you do. Park your money in STANOS. If you're contemplating buying more STA, don't. Instead, add WETH direct to the STANOS pool with 1 click. You can always take it all out as wSTA, and it'll make the pool buy back more wSTA, which is healthy for the ecosystem.

One piece of the puzzle that's missing and will help, is getting wSTA listed on the exchange UI, which also helps with getting trades routed through the pool. For that, we are waiting on CG to list wSTA, but they are all on holiday. More liquidity in STANOS means larger swaps available for the other tokens in the basket, which should be a no-brainer with BTC going crazy all day, every day.

Basically, any way that makes the pool have to buy back more wSTA is what you need to do right now. The more arbs that become available, the better. That's what made the OG pool such a gains maker. Without the burn taking place in the pool, we have to help create the disparity in price for the arb bots.

There's more being planned, I promise. As soon as the dev who helped finish the dash is free, we will have it fixed, but may open this up to anyone willing to help. And the long term marketing is related in how to bring in new investors from outside of the defi scene. More normies looking to buy the news, and retail investors.

That's the real inside scoop. We are trying to get this thing purring like a kitten again.

>> No.25367405

>>25367283

that's the thing, it'll always at best be a circlejerk of ideas. they've needed at least 2-3 intelligent and committed developers and marketers that can drive this thing to its full potential. this is why things were better when GC was around. there are certainly smart people on the team but no one is filling these very crucial roles roles, as evidenced by 1) the dashboard being an utter disaster, and 2) there being no real marketing campaign

>> No.25367446

The mission statement for STA is to create an easy entry into cryptocurrency, by providing an environment and utility that allows a user of any experience level to gain exposure to the top cryptocurrencies. The exploit took a lot out of the team, but we are re-organizing, and have added new members with fresh ideas and energy. Don't give up on us, because we haven't given up on you. I promise.

>> No.25367518

A few months ago I would've been right there with you. But the writing's on the wall, STA is going nowhere fast because of how horribly managed it is. Don't expect any crypto youtuber shill videos anytime soon or anything like that. All I'm saying.

>> No.25367599

>>25367328

We've had enough of these promises man. The team actually need to deliver now to regain people's trust. Why aren't they all hands on deck to finish this dashboard now? why are they relying on one odd developer they're paying? is the core team's network of developers so small that they can't find a fill in? what is the eta for this dash to have all the needed features (e.g. one click pooling and wrapping)? it's just all so tiresome.

Does STA need a governance token? The issue there is it would require minting a new token, and that would totally upset the ecosystem and take emphasis from STA itself.

because we lost all of the technical devs we had on the team, due to covid, or other RL issues. It was over a month before we got access to the repo that the dash was on, because the dev had to split out without warning to take care of his family. It's really not our fault, and we've done everything we can with little to no treasury, and not wanting to ask for money.

here's part of the issue. That is that we have been too insulated. I will admit that. I think most of that comes with the environment that was created after the exploit, and the need to make sure we had no leaks or leave any holes for someone to hurt the project even more. From there, we took it upon ourselves and literally worked 24/7 until we could pay everyone back. It's not like we meant to be so secretive. It's just a lingering effect from everything that went on during that time. That's why I try to come on here and address things directly if I can, and just be real with you guys.

>> No.25367852

Buddy, look at the sorry state of the dashboard. The one that took 5 months to make. Look at all of the typos and grammatical errors on the website.

Better yet, tell me who's in charge of developments for STA, and what they're working on right now. I bet you can't. For a "community token" the team sure is cryptic and vague as fuck, and doubly incompetent at that.

Okay so if we subtract that one month of not being able to access the repo, then it still took 3 months of development to build this current dashboard. Do you honestly think that looks good to any investor? Come on man.

You're obviously one of the brighter people on the team and it would be so much better if someone like you were publishing the content. Abu seriously needs to step back from managing this project. Let him stick to marketing behind the scenes or whatever.
