Is this due for a green dildo a la loopring/celo? This has been one of the biggest underperformers in the past month, with barely a 15% bump in price.

Loopring is a vital solution to the core issue weighting down crypto adoption (scalability).

Tezos is a shittier alternative to ETH with no adoption...

Probably everything pumps because bull market, but LRC will pump hard because of fundementals driving actual adoption, XTZ will pump and dump because of low-IQ boomers.
