I don't think some rando youtuber will actually get this thing to pump. Realistically the price increase will come from pressure caused by advertisers that are buying up huge swaths of BAT at a single time. It will definitely help spread awareness of BAT and Brave which is great, but the price isn't going to organically pump off this news. Not to any meaningful price anyways.

Bad take. sats are all that matter because they measure the relative performance. Also it's how almost every crypto trades. The USD chart is generally useless, although BAT is one of the few exceptions where it might as well he a stable coin. Why invest in a super risky asset class, take on all the risk, and get almost zero return? I was bagholding for years getting attached to shit. Never again, and my gains are substantially better

Who fucking cares. Their tokenomics paper literally states that other than speculation, velocity increases price. How to you improve velocity? Through utility. How do you improve utility? By adding new features like paywall and subscription payments and making it decentralized/l2. Until bat gets more utility, we are in limbo. The hype train won't take us to the moon, we have almost 25 million users, way more than every other coin aside the top 3-5. The fact that price stays the same while users goes up means there's no strong correlation. Utility is our only hope. I have no idea what updates brave has coming but it better not be another fucking widget.

John T norman doesnt care about sats. Do you think John T norman was looking at sats when he bought ripple in 2017? Ripple lagged hard and flipped ETH just off a CNBC segment. Brave is coming up on 25m users which is a major business milestone and has millions of content creators signed up. Lots of ways for it to go viral and if it does "opportunity cost" flips the other way. That 3x now doesnt stack up to a 40x later.

That brings up another point too: with respect to investor psychology, most people are priced out of Bitcoin and ETH, even though they know they could buy a fraction of it. People like round numbers when buying assets, so with that in mind they'll start looking for lower priced token to invest their money in to. That's what positions BAT for another push upwards.

I can guarantee you that Mr Beast doesn’t give two fucks about BAT. In all likelihood he doesn’t even know what it is; he MIGHT know what Brave is.

Whatever shmuck/management team that manages his YouTube channel was probably clued in that BAT is an additional (albeit unprofitable) revenue source that can be set up for free, and they decided “why the fuck not”. That’s all this is. This would have been enough to pump any other shitcoin, but BAT is King of all Shitcoins and absolutely fucking refuses to pump. Even a 10x pump in BAT (literally not possible) would just result in a dump of epic proportions back to 20¢.
