I don't even have an office job. I work in a yard and I only do about 1 to 2 hours of work in a typical day. Often I'll do zero work, and if I wanted to actually be efficient I could probably. Do an entire week's work in about 4 hours.

Idk bros, things could be better, but relative to like 99.9% of humans before us in history, it's a pretty sweet deal. Surviving 100% on your own without the help of society isnt easy, bros. It's probably a lot harder work, that has to be done or you die. And if something happens like you break your leg, you also probably die because you can't really hunt your food or tend to your crops for weeks (bare minimum, and that's assuming it doesn't get infected, or the bone doesn't need to be reset, etc)

Get a skillset that can't be done by either an unskilled Mexican or a pajeet who took Coursera classes.
This likely requires that you put in the hours doing something really autistic in your 20s, but once you hit your 30s and you start being considered "senior", most of your time will be spent as a middle manager in all but name, answering emails, answering questions from newbies, and attending meetings where nothing happens.
When you have a highly specialised skillset, they're so desperate to retain you that they won't drown you in busywork like they do the average wagecuck.
Once you get to that point, as long as you write reports well and show progress, you'll be getting good stars on your yearly reviews.

When I was a teenager I worked at a small italian place, and I was the morning prep cook, I was the only person there for the first few hours, so I'd come in, clock in, and then make food and watch one piece for an hour or two every morning on the clock, and then finish all the prep stuff in about an hour by the time the first other people were clocking in, because I wasn't as slow as whoever they hired in the past that thought they needed 3 hours for it.
