I'm never finding a job again, the amount of asslicking I'm not willing to give and the overwhelming number of candidates for any given position, coupled with my job hopping past, puts me in the undesirable bracket. If I lower the bar, I'm discarded because whatever, usually I don't hear back.
Guess it's better this way, either I find a hustle by myself or soon it's the streets. I am tempted to let it all go to waste and eventually disappear somewhere before kms.

Herein lies a big part of the problem. Jobsites like Indeed have effectively done for hiring what Tinder has done for dating.
You apply to 100 jobs in like 15 minutes, assuming you even read the job description.
When I put out job ads I get probably 50 applicants a day and of them maybe 5 are even worth looking into, i,e doing my homework on them. If they look like a normal person who isn't going to cause a ton of issues for me at work I'll call them and go through the first screening. Of everyone I call I'd say about 1/3 don't even answer and 1/3 don't show up to their interview. Of the 1/3 that do show up I'd say 20% are unfit.
Keep in mind I do a lot of initial screening because we aren't hiring for a ton of roles and we are very customer facing. I can't just hire a bunch of retards with bad hygiene and drug problems.

Even though I am hiring for what is essentially entry level work we are located in a place with a lot of top quality schools. Most of those applications are low effort from people who aren't even suited to the job.

When I look for roles, and I am not senior, I expect to see maybe one or two new suitable roles every day on the job sites and I live in a moderately sized city.

I will get out one or two laser focused applications because of this.

Might take two months to find a job like this. That's say 100 applications or so.

Maybe there are also 100 other good candidates out there, and we all get one of these jobs.

Simplistic I know but there are always a ton of candidates for a job. Every job gets at least 20 or 30 serious applicants if you leave the vacancy open long enough but it's not like there is only one job available in town.

tl dr the ratios are nothing to worry about.

Where I was when I bought this car, I was holding down a decent enough job. It was hour and half each way, so 3 hours commute every day on top of my 8 hour shift.

So. To me, the car was a way of getting out of heavy labor, so I could get a fancy desk job and just cool it all day and not feel like a literal labor-slave.. i was subcontracting under assholes who only had me there for the tough shit, sanding, mudding and taping corner beads on doorways and shit, basic stuff.

With car, I pay like fucking tooooo much. Forsure. I get it's retarded,

But now, I can do this office job. Which sucks harder then drywall because I not only have to DO trivial bullshit all day, I have to swim in it, fucking thinking about trivial bullshit but my boss calls me in to feed me this line about how very important it is that I improve my times which are never close enough, they just move the goalpost.

I don't wanna bitch too hard, it's a job. My point is that my commute is literally 20 minutes, so under an hour daily now

Running 13, 14 hour days everyday for 4 years will make a grand a month to ease that seem like chump change.

I just wanna be financially independent but the way things are going I don't think anybody is gonna be there for much longer.

He was making good money before, but had the opportunity to be making way more and he just wasn't doing it. Now, the easy money isn't so easy in his case. The expression that was drilled into my head was "grow or die." And as I type that, I guess one other thing to mention is don't put the cart before the horse. You probably shouldn't worry about growing or dying before you have something worth actually growing. The order you do things is important, but advice you get will be for different stages of the game which can lead to confusion. It did for me. So I guess a lesson that's applicable at all stages is make sure you are focused on the right things at the right times. Make sure you can sell one ice cream for a $1.00 profit before having an existential crisis over how you're going to produce one million ice creams a month. Right focus at the right times.

My main focus regarding operations is actually to maximize margins as much as I can, not scaling. Okay. €100k should certainly be attainable at that age just not in a decade if you get typical stock market returns. I will admit ignorance to how one is charged fees, taxed, or what precise options are provided in Europe as far as investments go though.

As it is, if you invested in something as simple as SPY or VOO which historically returns an average of 10-12% per year and if you scaled back to investing €3k per year to loosen your belt you can reach just under €80k through a compounding 10% annual return. You'd pass €100k in just two years from there and you would still have plenty of time to save, invest, and compound from there. Hell, twenty years out from reaching €100k you would approach €900k.

This assumes €3k per year to boot. If you continue to save as you have at €3666.67 per year you are looking at >€97k by 40 years old. If you kept it up for another two decades it's >€1M.

That is just by indexing along the S&P 500. You can take on riskier investments from there. The former scenario frees up some money - not much, but some. The second scenario assumes you continue along your current accomplishments. Hopefully you would even catch a lucky break and make more income along the way.
