Oldfag of a decade in crypto here 100% convinced Alts are about to start a big run. Dont swallow too hard on the institutional propaganda. Most of crypto is still the filty masses who own the majority of crypto by a long way. Bitcoin has had a great run and may get to 100k plus later this year but fact is at 30k at best you might get a 2x for the next 3-6 months. Anyone holding Bitcoin is gonna wanna rotate into alts now. I expect solid defi plays to be the biggest movers. Before anyone says I'm a boomer who doesn't know the market well I was the guy nearly a year explained how this cycle was different and defi will be the major theme this was before most defi projects had done anything.

So the good news is wagmi but don't be too greedy cause by the Summer alts would of rallied and money will then start again rotate into Btc. Eth will do well on both sides. You're welcome.

I won't say otherwise I'll be accused of shilling. Like I said defi is really the big play obviously so anything that is defi focused that is building a decentralised system from dexs to liquidity to properly backed staking and farm projects is gonna be good. The key is 'liquidity' at the moment we all look at uniswap and think wow this token has x liquidity but actually its peanuts for big players. It's all about decentralizing liquidity.

I would say Cronje will of course be a start player in this theme but I fear he has become an untrusted name that the mainstream can't trust with a large amount of money. Let's see I could be wrong.

Sure, it's a safe way to make money. On the other hand, during a real altseason everything goes up, no matter what. You can throw technology, fundamentals and TA out of the window. It's the projects that make the most noise that will perform best.

To give the ultimate example, after the bitconnect scam was revealed, price went to 0, but one day later IT BOUNCED BACK to 20% of it's original price even though the scam was official and confirmed.

Another example, look at NEKO coin. It was literally a "hello world" programming test, and it was also clearly mentioned by the dev that it was useless. It mooned...

Point being, if we get a real altseason again and normies rush in, they will buy anything and everything.

I think you need to rethink valuations. The fact is many alts are overvalued cause the token is a worthless add on. And yeah most 2017 icos were less than worthless. But what made me put money back in the market is defi which is different. Some defi platforms work where you HAVE to stake their token to be part of them. Already some have millions of dollars on them but that's only gonna increase as they ballon with fresh money.
