I have been gathering info, setting up profiles and then seeing if what I've determined to buy is available as easily as possible. It is all very complicated.

I like Link and STA but I want to keep things very simple. Ideally I wouldn't need PayTrie and Binance and then more and more steps and then Trezor and Exodus if that is even possible.

This is true. Statera is mostly a meme. It doesn't do anything special. YFI already made it. Sta doesn't have much going for it.
