How do you guys cope with financial ruin / lost opportunities?

I can't sleep at night knowing I had potential millions in assets, but squandered the opportunities by being too stupid / short sighted. I feel sick and don't enjoy anything in life any more. How do I reset my brain bros?

Well, I'm in the same boat as you. I could have had significantly more gains than I do now. But, when you consider all the times the asset dumped after you sold, it helps.
I.e.
> Buy asset x
> Sell for profit
> It tanks 30% a day or two later

Had you held, you'd be in a bad position. The above has even happened to me and the coin never recovered.

Listen anon, whatever happened to you was meant to happen. You should learn from your mistakes. Every time you give into these negative thoughts it begins to snowball. The only thing it does is sap you of your energy and make you more decadent and resentful than before.
Stop and think to yourself what you have and what you can do about it. If you had the knowledge to have "potentially" made millions then you still have to knowledge to do it. Just have faith and believe in yourself and above all be patient.

I had 23k link at one point, i lost it all being an idiot and had 20k left. Long story short, i hit a 20x and was able to buy 1/2 of my stack back. Just keep carrying on and opportunities will present themselves. The world works in mysterious ways anon, best of luck.
