well, reits who do office spaces and business estate got fucked hard by corona because everyone is doing homeoffice now. private housing stuff is halfway recovered. theres also datacenter reits and shit. I just recently bought some mixed reit etf because it is still down, 5% of folio allocation, paying fat divy. a buy and forget thing as a test to see how it works out.
